What happens during the retreat?
The focus is your theme. You’ll describe what’s present for you when you book or at least one day before arrival.

1-Night Retreat

On arrival day, you’ll have an in-depth 1.5-hour evening mentoring session. Together with your mentor, you’ll explore your theme, gain clarity, and map out potential next steps.

At the end of the session, you’ll receive a personal reflection or action exercise. This might be as simple as a mindful walk or as deep as writing a letter to yourself – always supportive, never forced.

The next morning’s 30-minute session helps you integrate what’s surfaced. You’ll reflect on insights, discuss any questions, and leave with practical next steps to carry forward.

2-Night Retreat

It follows the same structure on the first evening and the next morning.

On the second day, there’s an additional 1-hour mentoring session to deepen the work, explore new insights, and adjust your focus if needed.

The closing morning session ensures you leave grounded, clear, and confident in your next steps.
