What is Accountability Group?
Starting change is easy — sticking with it is the real challenge. It is much easier to keep your commitment if you are held accountable for it.
Accountability Group is for you if you want to grow your personal freedom and power, for that you need to cleanse and reconstruct your inner world. This is possible by growing your discipline and fluidity — you will have stronger willpower to move towards your goals and a greater ability to respond to different life challenges. This is continuous self-discovery and increasing the quality of life.
We have mapped 200 Toltec skills that are the foundation of a real transmutation.
Here are some skills from the 7 different stages of learning:
choosing to be aware, practicing intelligent cooperation, recognizing your potential, working with your self-image, resolving conflicts, working with impeccability, opening the heart, stepping out from social conditioning, transmuting subservience, practicing the flow of power, stopping the internal dialogue, practicing humility and understanding, active dreaming, working with omens and signs, developing seeing.
Toltec .Core - Learning
How it works? You will work on your task every day for 8 weeks in a small group with other one to two participants. You will have weekly online group meetings to share your process, overcome obstacles, claim your accomplishments, and of course — keep each other accountable. If you encounter major challenges or obstacles while working on a task that are difficult to handle on your own, you can turn to a mentor for support.
During these 8 weeks, you will go through a learning process from East to North.
2 weeks in East
Gathering data on face value which means that you need to write down at least one example of the situation from your day that corresponds to the chosen Task. The aim is to build awareness around the existing behaviors, emotional responses, reactions, thought patterns, trigger events, etc. Notice that we do not jump to changing things. Instead, we need to accept ourselves as we are. Before any meaningful change, we need to be okay with not changing as otherwise we will start suppressing this part of ourselves. Remember that we cannot get rid of anything that is already inside us - we can only make it work for us.
2 weeks in West
In addition to face-value events we now need to dig into feelings, as to why these behaviors and reactions take place. Why do you need these situations in your life right now? How are these connected to other challenges and dreams that you have? There is one connecting feeling behind all the events of your life. In this phase, you will get a lot of new insights about the Skill/quality of awareness that you have chosen to master. You are including the the greater female into your self-discovery.
2 weeks in South
This phase will be two-fold. In the one hand, you will need to re-structure your existing knowledge of the chosen quality of awareness and see how this has arisen from your past, and in the other hand, you will need to Dream in the new version of yourself. That means you need to learn to see things differently about yourself and the world around you. Seeing a new person going forward with the updated frame of reference and upgraded version of the dream you are following.
2 weeks in North
If you have been successful in your previous stages then this one can come very naturally. You will be taking action instead of re-action. You will see that the examples you will now write on a daily basis are slightly different. You respond as if you have stronger skill and also the world reflects back a different grade of reality. Now you only need to focus on practicing your new-found knowledge in real-time events. If in the first two weeks, you mostly reflected in the evening what took place, then now you are able to course-correct right in the middle of the situation unfolding and thus completing the circle of Toltec .Core - Learning.
By making small but consistent steps you move towards bigger changes.
